Mentor 360˚ Program
The membership of the MBA of NY provides a virtually limitless resource of real estate knowledge and experience. Mobilizing our organizational philosophy of promoting the professional advancement of our members through education and the sharing of ideas, the MBAofNY has developed the Mentor 360˚ Program. The mission of the program is to create impactful and empowering professional development for program participants by combining the professional expertise and diverse personal experiences of our established members with the fresh thinking and enthusiasm of our emerging industry leaders.
The Program offers our members the opportunity to positively influence future generations of the real estate industry and our younger members the unique ability to accelerate professional development and exponentially expand their industry network.
Mentor 360˚ is a goal focused mentor program with participants being fully engaged and committed to mutual success in a confidential and accountable relationship.
Additional benefits of Mentor 360˚ are member-only mixer events, educational programs and community engagement programs designed to combine and leverage the resources and networking power of the mentor program participants and program alumni with the MBA Board of Governors.
For more information on the Mentor 360 Program or to become a mentor, please contact Richard Carr, Mark Davis or headquarters.
